  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.
  • Availability: Products are available while supplies last. We may limit quantities.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer. We confirm acceptance via email.
  • Payment Methods: We accept [Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal]. All transactions are secured.
  • Fraud Prevention: We may cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders placed by 1:30pm will ship same day with exception of any hazardous material shipments via air service which will ship next day. All hazardous shipments that are sent via UPS Air services are charged a $170.00 Service fee. (This is a UPS service charge and only applies to shipments containing materials that are considered hazardous.)
  • Shipping: Delivery times vary by location. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

 

 

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: You may return unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery and with an RMA# from customer support. 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
  • Exclusions: Machinery, Cliche material, personalized items, and any special order item.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

8. User Accounts

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
  • Activity: All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All website content (logos, text, images) is owned by KelanC Products or its licensors.
